Thank you for giving date syrup some love! When my son was little I made him kids’ cappuccino with date syrup, hot water and steamed milk. Lots of iron in there too.
I just made some scones with tumminia flour I brought back from Sicily, dates, pecans and then made him a baby cappuccino for old time’s sake! He’s 21 so his response was “is there caffeine in this??”
